Where should I stay?

There are a limited number of hotels available in Bedford. We have secured all the rooms at The Swan Hotel, which you can book here. We have also listed all the other local hotels here.

Please note that with The Swan Hotel, there are no refunds. Last year people booked rooms in case they wanted to come and then later didn’t. We are reserving these rooms for people who are 100% coming to the event.

Can I take photos?

Please remember this is a Bitcoin event, and many attending protect their privacy. Please do not take photos of anyone without their permission.

Can I apply for a booth or be a sponsor?

Yes, we are still working on how we will support sponsors during the event. If you are interested in sponsoring the event, then please get in touch.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?

We will offer a full refund against any tickets purchased up to 28 days before the event; refunds will not be available after the 14 March 2025. The reason for this cut-off is that we will be committed to all our expenses for operating the event at this date. You will be able to sell your tickets to others though.
